1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of JPI Lead Pro, including the web app, the Android and iOS apps and related services (the “service”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
2. Your account
- You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for the people you invite to your workspace and for what they do in it.
- Keep your login details secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Using the service
You may use the service to manage your own sales leads and customer conversations. You agree not to:
- send spam or messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you;
- upload unlawful content or data you have no right to use;
- try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
4. Integrations
The service connects to third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, IndiaMART, Exporters India and WhatsApp Business. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. You authorise us to access lead and message data from accounts you connect, only to provide the service to you. Changes made by those platforms may affect how an integration works.
5. Your data
You own the leads, contacts and messages you put into JPI Lead Pro. We process them on your behalf as described in our Privacy policy. You can export your data at any time while your account is active.
6. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing period. Prices are shown in Indian rupees and exclude applicable taxes unless stated. You can change or cancel your plan from account settings; changes take effect from the next billing period.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but it may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. The mobile app keeps working offline and syncs your changes when you reconnect.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost deals. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. After closure you have a reasonable period to export your data before it is deleted.
